The Hover Journalist's Scoop

As a young reporter for the 30K.fun Star Citizen Referral Code Club, I was thrilled to be assigned coverage of the latest Jump Point magazine release. My editor had tasked me with getting the inside scoop on the new Consolidated Outland HoverQuad, and I knew just where to start.

I hopped on my trusty Aurora and set course for Orison, home to Crusader Industries and a hub for all things hover-related. As I approached the floating city, I couldn't help but wonder what code to use for my article's byline – after all, our club was all about helping new players navigate the verse.

Landing at the spaceport, I made my way to a local watering hole frequented by ship engineers. It didn't take long to spot a group huddled around a datapad, excitedly discussing the latest Jump Point issue. I sidled up to the bar, ordered a Radegast, and casually mentioned I was from the Star Citizen Referral Code Club.

To my surprise, one of the engineers perked up. "Oh, you're with that group that helps new players? My cousin just joined the verse thanks to you folks!" He waved me over, introducing himself as a consultant on the HoverQuad project.

As we chatted, he shared some fascinating insights into the vehicle's development, much more than what was covered in Jump Point. I scribbled notes furiously, barely noticing the commotion at the bar's entrance.

Suddenly, a group of rough-looking individuals burst in, brandishing energy pistols. "Alright, nobody move! We're here for that HoverQuad prototype!"

My new engineer friend paled. "They must have followed me from the lab," he whispered.

Without thinking, I grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the back exit. "Quick, I've got an idea!" We sprinted through Orison's winding walkways, the sound of pursuit not far behind.

Reaching my Aurora, I shouted, "Get in!" As we took off, I couldn't help but grin. "Well, looks like I'll have quite the story for the RSI Referral Code Club newsletter!"

As we soared away from Orison, my passenger let out a relieved laugh. "You 30K.fun folks really know how to show a guy a good time, don't you?"

I winked, already composing the article in my head. "Just wait until you see how we handle server crashes!"
